When I switched to Mac from Windows, I started to find similar programs that I used to use on Mac. And all this while, I have realized that finding a free program to create panoramas on Mac is one hell of a task.
Instead of that, I found an easy way to make panoramas on Mac for free. So, my purpose actually got solved which was nothing else but creating free panoramas on Mac.
And as long as I am able to meet my requirement, I do not care whether it come from a popular or unknown application. Below is the step by step procedure to do that.
Create Panoramas On Mac For Free
Now, there is one requirement to make panoramas on Mac, that you are supposed to have pictures taken such that you can stitch these pictures and get the final picture.
You would need a free image editor, so you can install such editor on your Mac which could be Photoshop, BME or any other tool.
Just copy all the pictures that you want to make a panorama of as we need to place them such that we leave it with no gaps or any transitions.
Once you are done with the final touches, we are ready to do the main task. Simply crop your image by pixels. And when you do that, make sure that you keep the short dimension divisible by 4 and the long one divisible by 96 and save your image as PICT file.
Now you would need a tool called QTVR Make Panorama 2. You can find it easily and once you have it on your Mac, drag and drop the PICT file on it and follow the instructions.
And this is how you can create panoramas on Mac without much of hassle.
