Now-a-days a Personal Computer ( PC ) is turning out into a necessityfor everyone. So here are some Tips for Buying the right PC. Here I am just dealing with the basic things one should keep in mind when he/she is going to buy a PC.

The first thing to consider when buying a PC is How you plan to use it. There are different types of Personal Computers based on the way of usage like the Gaming Pc’s with very high configurations and graphics cards. These are just meant for Gaming. Like this you should first know about the way in which you are going to use it. The basic one is enough for a guy who just browses net and listens to songs but for a person who is going to use it for professional purpose it should be something of high configuration.

So here are some questions one must answe to buy a PC..

  • What software programs do you want to use?
  • Will you use your PC mainly for word processing and net surfing , or for creating and editing photos and movies?
  • Do you want to play games on your computer?
  • Do you have any electrical devices like Digital Camcorder, Printer, Scanner etc which should be connected to the computer?
  • Do you plan to store information on DVD’s or CD’s?

By answering these questions you will come to know some of the basic information about which computer is best for your needs. To make sure that your software programs or games are going to run on your PC talk to a computer sales person or refer to PC comparision tests in trusted Magzines and Web sites. But most important thing of all is to be clear about the prices of the PC’s and their components so that you may not end up paying more.
