Once you open your document in MS Word 2011, click on the File submenu on the main menu and then click on the Save As option.

Now enter the name of the file that you want to save it as and then click on the button labelled as Options. Now you will a separate Save Options window, where you need to click on Show All.


Now in the Word Preferences section, click on the Security button which could be found under Personal Settings section.
