I play on Dream11.com and I think you’ve messed up a couple of details.

Just to clarify:
1. You need to go to the Fantasy Cricket link to select your players. The country flags help you look up different players according to nations, but you cant select them from there

2. You cannot create your tournament. You can create your own league, and then invite friends to play with you in that league

3. I think the game you were talking about is called IPL Flop Stars….
