Create New Folder In iPad / iPhone 4

STEP 1: Tap on the application that you want to transfer into a new folder and make sure that you hold it till it wiggles.

STEP 2: Now, when you can see that the icon of that select app wiggle, simply drag it and drop it on any other app. When you do so, it will create a new folder in iPad or iPhone 4 which would contain the app that you have selected and the app on which you have dropped it.
